VITTORIA - 29" MARTELLO RACE

Martello Race uses Vittoria's brand new Graphene & Silica soft compound specifically developed to satisfy the needs of performance oriented gravity riders seeking ultimate grip on any trail and condition. This softer compound provides optimal flexibility and deformation to the tread. Grip and damping absorption are maximized at every lean angle enhancing traction and control even on the toughest sections. ‘Speed by more grip’ will lead your riding performance with no compromises.
Martello Race also features a new 60 TPI, reinforced nylon casing with extra puncture-resistance layer placed at the center, between the tread and the casing, that offers increased robustness to the tyre. Martello Race uses the same proven tread of the Martello you are familiar with. Its motocross-inspired squared knobs with directional sipes provides grip and rolling efficiency. The Martello tread design offers exceptional performance on a wide range of rocky and hardpack terrains. The progressive sipe width in center and side tread allows for tactile feeling at the knob surfaces.

ENDURO RACE TLR CASING
The new Enduro Race TLR (1-ply Reinforced) version has been developed to provide the best combination of riding feeling and performance for technical trails at maximum speed. The insert below the tread provides additional puncture protection.
Anti-pinchflat inserts [APF]
Trail TNT, Enduro TLR and Enduro Race TLR tyres use rubber inserts placed over the beads. The anti-pinchflat inserts [APF] not only prevent the likelihood of pinchflats but they also favour the stability of the tyre and the overall protection of the tyre on the sides. The APF inserts are made in rubber to better sustain the tyre sidewall.
1C RACE COMPOUND
The 1C RACE compound is the newest tread component specifically developed to satisfy the needs of performance-oriented gravity riders seeking ultimate grip on any trail and condition.
Featuring an innovative combination of Graphene and Silica-filled molecules in a single soft compound, the new formulation provides ultimate flexibility and deformation to the tread. As a result, grip and damping absorption can be maximized at every lean angle, enhancing traction and control even on most tough sections. ‘Speed by more grip’ will lead your riding performance with no compromises.
Depending on riding style, conditions and terrain, the new Enduro tyres featuring the 1C RACE compound can be fitted with different set-ups and alternatively combined also with other Vittoria Enduro tyres featuring the 4C compound for the best performance. The possible use can be:
FRONT & REAR: 1C RACE for the most wet, technical or rocky conditions where grip and damping have to be maximized.
FRONT: 1C RACE for maximization of grip at every lean angle, suppleness and energy absorption, especially to keep control at landings on technical sections.
REAR: 4C Graphene for pedalling efficiency, toughness and durability.
FRONT & REAR: 4C Graphene for hardpack fast terrains, ultimate robustness and strength.
