We offer free shipping on all NZ orders with a value of $99 or over, nationwide, including rural!

SHIPPING FOR ORDERS UNDER $99:

• NON-RURAL - $10 FLAT RATE 

On orders under $99 we charge a $10 flat-rate for non-rural addresses.

• RURAL - $15 FLAT RATE

On orders under $99 we charge a $15 flat-rate for rural addresses.

Most of our orders are either shipped the same business day or the following business day. 

We will contact you as soon as possible if an item you have ordered is out of stock to offer you an alternative or a refund (in accordance with the terms of our refunds policy).

Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your shipping address was entered incorrectly.
