VITTORIA - 29" BARZO
Riding technical XC? The Barzo is the choice of the 2020 World Champion, as well as the winner of the BC Bike Race.
How can such an aggressive XC tyre roll so fast? The magic starts in the center tread, where Vittoria place an alternating ridge design, and progressive sipe angles. Cornering duties are handled by the moto-style block knobs, laid out in a proven V-formation.
The result is a tyre that corners as fast as it rolls, while still offering the protection of a full depth tread.
Rocks and roots? Check. World Championship? Check.

XC-TRAIL
XC-TRAIL is the strongest casing option for Cross Country from Vittoria. Designed for the most demanding and challenging courses, XC-TRAIL uses an additional 120 TPI Nylon sidewall layer for ultimate puncture protection. The tubeless-ready beads allow for a light weight construction.
XC-RACE
XC-RACE is the lightest Cross Country casing from Vittoria. Delivering top level dependability and performance, XC-RACE is the perfect choice for competitions. Tubeless-ready aramid beads combined with a single layer of Nylon 120 TPI make a lightweight package for ultimate speed in race. XC-RACE tyres use GRAPHENE 2.0 tread with 4 compound (4C): the best technologies from Vittoria.
4C COMPOUND
Vittoria 4C compound layering technology features separate base and surface compounds, in both the center and the side areas of the tread. This approach allows to fine-tune the flex of the tread-base and tread-surface separately, placing the correct hardness of the Graphene 2.0 compound exactly where it is needed for maximum cornering, climbing, rolling, and braking performance. In addition, durability and puncture protection are also improved, as the robust base compound resists punctures, and provides a stable base for deeper mountain bike treads.
Each of the 4 layers is comprised of different natural and synthetic rubber types, blended into the compound that works best for the intended use. This allows for endless customizations of each layer according to the tyre needs.
