VITTORIA - 27.5" AGARRO
The Agarro trail tyre is designed to take you there and back, with a tread profile that gives considerably more grip than an XC tyre, but with less bulk than an Enduro tread.
By borrowing the best traits from the popular Martello, Barzo, and Gato models, the Agarro utilizes proven technologies from both the Enduro and XC categories.
This combination of performance is ideal for the Trail category, as it provides predictable grip and efficiency in a mix of conditions.

TRAIL CASING
TRAIL is the casing option designed for delivering ultimate puncture protection for Enduro and Trail use. It uses and additional 120 TPI Nylon sidewall layer and anti-inch-flat inserts (APF) to deliver the best protection from cuts on the sides and from pinches. APFs are strong and flexible inserts made with rubber. TRAIL casing uses tubeless-ready aramid beads. TRAIL tyres use GRAPHENE 2.0 tread with 4 compound (4C): the best technologies from Vittoria.
4C COMPOUND
Vittoria 4C compound layering technology features separate base and surface compounds, in both the center and the side areas of the tread. This approach allows to fine-tune the flex of the tread-base and tread-surface separately, placing the correct hardness of the Graphene 2.0 compound exactly where it is needed for maximum cornering, climbing, rolling, and braking performance. In addition, durability and puncture protection are also improved, as the robust base compound resists punctures, and provides a stable base for deeper mountain bike treads.
Each of the 4 layers is comprised of different natural and synthetic rubber types, blended into the compound that works best for the intended use. This allows for endless customizations of each layer according to the tyre needs.
